From: Crissup, Phil To: Howell, Leon C; Perkins Jr, Mel; Kuebeck, Peter Cc: Morphis, Kim; Clear, Gary; Holloway, S K Sent: 5/22/2003 4:37 PM Subject: RE: Muskogee redispatch Leon; OG&E was never contacted by SPP or CSW to address the limits identified in the study that subsequently was used to grant transmission service. Pehaps because the limit was identified in the study for the unlikely event of when three 345kV lines and one 138kV line were out of service. By this e-mail, I'll initiate a project to raise the limiting elements on the Bristow - Bluebell 138kV line, which appear to consist of at least an 800 amp trap and a 600 amp CT at Bristow, along with an 800 amp trap at Bluebell. The next limit is listed as a relay limit at Bristow at 849 amps, which would raise the existing rating from 143 MVA (600 amps) to at least 203 MVA (849 amps). The breakers at Bristow are rated 1200 amps, with the conductor right behind at 1289 amps. Philip L.
